Exchange & Return Policy
At Couture Shop (coutureshop.co), operated by AI SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LLC, we stand behind our family apparel products. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns/exchanges. Contact trade@coutureshop.co for assistance.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof: Include original order number and packing slip.

  • Exceptions: Final sale items (marked "FINAL SALE"), underwear, socks, and personalized/customized goods are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization:

    • Email trade@coutureshop.co with order number, item details, and reason.

    • We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Ship Returns:

    • Securely package items with the RAN visible on the box.

    • Ship to: AI SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LLC, Returns Department, 1350 MORADO DR CASPER, WY 82609.

    • Use a trackable carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We recommend insuring high-value items (>$100).

  3. Processing Timeline:

    • Allow 3-5 business days for processing after delivery confirmation.

    • Refunds issued within 7-10 business days via original payment method.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available for size/color errors (subject to stock).

  • Follow the return process above, noting "Exchange Request" in your email.

  • If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Refund Details

  • Full Refunds: Granted for defective/wrong items (we cover return shipping).

  • Partial Refunds:

    • Return shipping costs are customer-responsible.

    • Restocking fee (15%) applies if tags are removed/items damaged.

  • Store Credit: Optional for non-defective returns (emailed as a unique code).

Defective/Damaged Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/video to trade@coutureshop.co.

  • We will replace or refund immediately; return shipping is prepaid by us.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Policy Updates
This policy is effective August 19, 2025. We reserve the right to refuse returns violating these terms.
