Eligibility Requirements

Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Proof: Include original order number and packing slip.

Exceptions: Final sale items (marked "FINAL SALE"), underwear, socks, and personalized/customized goods are non-returnable.
Return Process

Request Authorization:

Email trade@coutureshop.co with order number, item details, and reason.

We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship Returns:

Securely package items with the RAN visible on the box.

Ship to: AI SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LLC, Returns Department, 1350 MORADO DR CASPER, WY 82609.

Use a trackable carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). We recommend insuring high-value items (>$100).

Processing Timeline:

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after delivery confirmation.

Refunds issued within 7-10 business days via original payment method.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are available for size/color errors (subject to stock).

Refund Details

Full Refunds: Granted for defective/wrong items (we cover return shipping).

Restocking fee (15%) applies if tags are removed/items damaged.

Defective/Damaged Items

Report within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/video to trade@coutureshop.co.

We will replace or refund immediately; return shipping is prepaid by us.
International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
